Best way might be to search in big forums like warez-bb.
Just select your category and let the search run.

* inurl:avi|wmv|mpg|nva for Movies

* inurl:zip|rar|7zip|tar for RAR, ZIP, 7ZIP or TAR compressed archive
So, if you want to find a RAR of WindowsBlinds, you would type....
site:rapidshare.de inurl:rar windowsblinds

This is quite simple .. cuz many a times the rapishare indexers dnt index properly .. but the only drawback is u need the linkchecker to see if its alive or not
