It's impossible for people to sign up, they get this:

Ironically the Server does not serve.
Do not take it personally, it is a monthly thing.
We all suffer from it presently.

Turned off recaptcha and switched it to regular image verification.
Not sure what's wrong with them.

I just tried to sign up, and the image verification was still not working, it was showing an image, but with no letters or numbers showing. I tried refreshing it about 5 times, but still nothing showing. Then I realised I already had an account from a year ago!
