i've seen many posts saying "buffered account"
example: 10GB buffered account
does that mean that difference between uploaded and downloaded data is 10GB of course more 10GB uploaded so lets say ul:33GB dl:23GB

if u need question about what torrenting is, this is the guy, if i were to trade now, i woiuld be in both bithuman, elektronik and tt :S damn couldnt :S damn damn damn, i am cursed :S couldnt give 10 day seedbox for those :S couldnt couldnt why the hell couldnt i do that? it is cuz of sergeant indoctrinating us with creeds that trading is bad... it is damn not bad, if i were to do it, i would be on tt right now :S

yes, makes difference = 1tb uploaded 1021 gb downloaded will be in a higher class than 0gb downloaded and 3gb uploaded...
additionally... with 1tb uploaded you can download another 500gb and still have the ratio around 0.5 :P
