Until there is a hands off program that downloads stuff in your want list lets say i'd use invision mirc serving script. it's what servers use and automatically accepts sends and resumes them also. you could use two different versions of click off with mirc to accept and resume but of course you want a different program. everything else out side of mirc is pretty much crap because you have to be at your computer with them.
edit: upon reading another thread and opening mirc to check this out i just configured it to auto-accept and resume. mirc invision script seems to be a resource hog anyway. learn something new everyday.
