it's really amazing that they put this all together in one week. kudos and respect to the staff.

many were. i don't know about the criteria though. some were pu, some not. so i can't really tell you how many and wether it's still happening.
look around on other torrent sites. invites aren't hard to get.

Old BS members check your email. I went searching for an invite last week. When i gave the potential inviter my email he said it was already in the system. He told me to check my email because there was some auto invite system for old BS members and voila, there was an invite from the site. I had an old PU account so i don't know if the email was sent out to everyone or not.

I was sent an invite to this site a few days ago(from who, I have no idea). But I had absolutely no clue what it is, so never used it. I don't sign up to trackers that I don't have any knowledge of. It's too bad though, now that I know what the tracker is.

It's good for lots of mac apps. I don't know whether necessarily they have iPhone apps or not, but invites are readily available if you plan on using the account.

no public promotion whatsoever.
i think they broke the record for the fastest growing site ever.
another proof that you will be very successful if you offer content people really want.

They have some Iphone-appz and games but not much ... maybe in the future they'll have more. For now only the Iphone-section isn't worth signing up imo.

you're right. it wouldn't be worth it to sign up just for iphone software. you probably can get the few apps there are from public trackers.
they do have 400 games already and that is a great joy for me. i actually started to play games on my computer again, which i haven't done for years.

Some people just seem to fail at reading rules >.> Go read them if you haven't.
You can only request invites in the "Bittorrent Invites" section; otherwise you could get banned/warned. So, just hang around here for at least 30 days, and be active here.

It's really impressive actually. The layout is slick and site-response times are just awesome. When the torrent elite really are ambitious, this shows you what can be achieved with some unity and determination.
