Figured I'd start a topic for which to list all those lame fuckers who waste our bandwidth with bad files.
I'll start off with 2:
Johnmw6@kazaa (was unable to isolate his IP)
NiaPoly712@kazaa (66.28.91.224, no NS specific to the IP, but owned by Cogent Comm) -- This one is in DC (no surprise)

I'll post more as i find them

like the sentiment, but with peer guardian and the k-lite ip blocker, it's a little redundant

Pointless.

Pointless, unclear, and in the wrong part of the forum!

Off to filesharing >>>

Posted by: Ron

I got one too!!

www.k-lite.tk_improved_Kazaa@KaZaA(hundreds of different IP's)

:D

We should make a sticky topic in Filesharing of lists of topics you don't start and give a link to topics already started about an issue. And yes, this is pointless. We cannot stop lamers from distributing fake files on Kazaa.

The only way is to not download and share them yourself.

toe37 is another user who shares bad files, eg songs which keep looping round after 30 seconds (if you know what I mean).

Posted by: Arm

Get his IP address and add him to your Peer Guardian and if you are lucky then he has a static IP and you have effectivly blocked him from getting your files.

ive noticed alot of times that the lamers aren't necessarily lamers.......is ignorance bliss when it comes to filesharing. i thinx not!!!! double check your files. damn it, listen to them!!!! that's why we d/l them isn't it. take an extra step and tag them!!!! a little cover art wouldnt hurt either. All my mp3's are tagged and checked withing 24 hours of there d/l. if all the big time sharers would take the time to look at what they are sharing. their wouldn't be half as many bogus files distributed on P2P!!!!
get with it slackers!!!!!!!

Posted by: Haguey-

Ive started tagging all my 2000 files the other day :D

Another thread for us to spam :spam:

NEWay, i can't quite figure why alot of them do it; i was checking out "Rolling" by Limp Bizkit in an attempt to locate lamer usernames, and there were probably 300 fakes. That doesn't make any sense, because Limp Bizkit released the whole fucking album (Chocolate Starfish) as public domain after the Napster fiasco!
Why do the shit on public music? That's like wasting bandwidth on modded versions of The Itsy Bitsy Spider or Nursery Rhymes!

-- Fuck the copyrighted world! End kazaa, bitches; we'll find a new way to share

Alot of retarded copyright companies release atleast 500+ fakes of new music in an attempt to get the downloaders so bored and annoyed with trying to get it, they give up and buy the album, thats get them $$$$$$££££££

If the interest in a song is so low that they give up after downloading 1 fake of it, the chances of them buying is basically none.
