Hi everyone,
I'm moving to the use in a couple of months and i was wondering what the best ISP is?
What i need:
- Fast(more then 8mbit DL speed)
- Unlimited download(or more then 100gig/month)
- Available in Arizona(Phoenix, Mesa)
- P2P friendly(so no throttling etc)

It all depends on where exactly you're moving too.. cuz not all ISPs are available everywhere. Just depends... If you pick a bad spot that's not covered by any high speed providers, you'll be suck with 56k :\

"The best" would depend on your location. Check out dslreport (http://www.dslreports.com/)s in your area, their forums would be the best source of information.
