The left program is NX Client, from NoMachine - www.nomachine.com
It can be connected to NX Server, also from NoMachine (free for 2 concurrent remote users on NX Server Free edition) or to FreeNX - supporting unlimited concurrent users - on a linux server.
The right bottom seems to be a FTP window, can't remember if is the default Windows integrated client or a third part one, like CuteFTP or WS_FTP. However, I recommend you FileZilla (free) or Ace FTP (shareware), they're better.
