Empire Earth Expansion

Hey all. I encountered this problem a while back and never got my lazy ass to ask about it, until now. I downloaded Empire Earth on my computer and last time I tried to add the expansion pack or even update Empire Earth from sierra.com I got an error saying they needed the full disc to be inserted to update Empire Earth. I installed the nocd patch a very long while ago, so I dont know why this keeps coming up. Since I downloaded my copy of Empire Earth is their any way that it can be updated? Should I download it again or something? Thanks
edit: I had the same problem adding the Spearhead expansoion to MOH

apply the patch again see if it will work
