try searching around...loads of guides etc on it

get them to find out what supernode they're on then jump to that supernode
then just search for a file they have and you'll see them

If you want to trade files with GOOD FRIENDS you trust you could use FOLDERSHARE. It is really easy to find them on the web site. Make sure that while your searching for them that they have their privacy off. Then invite them to your folder and they can invite you. I have used this and love it.

if your open to using another program try soulseek and simply open up a chatroom and tell them the name and tell them to come into it and you can trade that way.
