Pretty much just make sure that the option is checked so that other users can't get a list of your files (it should be by default).
You can also try proxies etc but that's probably overkill.

You should already be fairly safe with Kazaa Lite K++.
Just don't share more than 500 MP3s if you are reallly paranoid.
