Can't Find Subs

Can anyone help me get the subtitles to Ghost Ship.
I've tried a LOT of sites and every .sub file i get there for this movie is either wrong or the timing between the speech and the subtitles doesn't math!
I need a .sub file
I need in either English or Brazillian Portuguese.

Search in yahoo or google for divxsubstitles or something like that cause I don't know the exact name that's why I told u to search there.

I downloaded this but I only saw the first part with the cord. I was like damn. I thought that would have been a good movie.
