How can i know if songs are copywritten if there is no indication if they were copyrighted? A judge recently made Verizon Internet provider give the names of people who have downloaded illegal copies of songs to the music industry lawyers. Should i be worried about using and downloading songs with Kazaa?

no, there are millions of songs shared on the net. There aren't enough judges in the world to handle that much cases :D Bottom line is, are you scared don't use the net for sharing and downloading music/software or movies. If you're just like the rest of us; just download. B)
