If i only download from klite and stop sharing after i download the songs is there a chance i could still get sued?

#1: If they won't see you downloading them, they won't sue you, if they see you doing so then, #2
#2: Not realy, you'd have to have many, many, many ;) MP3's, movies and any other files with copyright content, but if you do have, #3
#3: Yeah, they'll sue you.
#4 Don't you dare leeching off, share in turn, even if not the files which you just downloaded, share SOMETHING !!!

also, in the new k-lite there is an ip blocker updater. it can be found in the tools menu, update that constantly, if you do that, then you can't get sued for sharing, because it blocks bad things from downloading off of you.
