divfix works well by deleting the frames that are bad.

the newer versions of virtual dub have an error mode built in that will mask the bad frames with good data from previously decoded frames

Yeah,i'm with meadia slayer..imo virtualdubs one of the best avi tools about.
Shadow hacker,i dont mean to call u wrong..but divxfix dosnt fix bad frames.The most it does is fix the indez block,and detect bad frames so u can fix them with another tool. :D
