Close+shut down Kazaa Lite++, wait 1 minute, try to delete the file, if sucessful fire KL++ back up.
If NOT successful, you probably have a really nasty backdoor trojan/virus that you need to get rid of...
(Media Player, once it attempts to open a file, locks that file preventing deletion -- you'll need to close that too if it's running.)
