the file says mafia 1.1 patch no cd and the extension is rar.

extract it with winrar and u usually put the program thats extracted in the program folder

all you have to do is replace the main exe with the cracked 1

dont have mafia myself but it might be a good idea to make sure it's the v1.1 of mafia that you have, and back-up the original .exe just in case
