Ninja Scroll << Action ( i havent seen this in years but i remmember it was crazy)
Flame of recca << havent seen yet but the review sound really really good.
ecchi = sexual humor, dont get it mixed up with hentai, any anime you see with ecchi in it has absolutly NO hentai.

This is just what i can remember iv seen. Most of this is action/horror/fighting. I definetely(sp?) recommend Berserk as it combines a great story with intense and violent action and great characters. Having an 8 foot long sword also helps a lot too
