Actually there is supposibly an Xbox emulator that can play Halo.

if you've got a 2ghz+ CPU and at least a GeForce 3, apparently you can start Halo and get some graphics. but you can't actually play it.
i can think of a much easier way to play Halo on PC, though... ;)
