first how do you know they are not shareing?

if you know their ip you can block it
but then how do you know they are not shareing?

Don't worry about it . There is no way you can know if people are sharing or not since many peeps hide there files so they cannot be accessed by using the "find more files from user" option for security reasons. I leave mine open because I am a crazy arsed motha but I respect all the dudes who don't.

I do not respect small minded little arse wipes who are obsessed about making sure that the people who they share with are also doing the same . Who gives a monkey's fart ? You share , others take , it doesn't cost you any bother to share so if other people don't share than that is their own little step closer to hell . Don't worry about it . Do something more constructive than fretting over something you can do jack all about.

LOL, well I am a SuperNode!!! And I like to share with people, I try to only share legal software, I don't like to rip companies off.

lol. Well i try to share, but my router doesn't permit it. So i try sharing other ways.

Why doesn't your router permit it?

You can share normally even IF you don't port-forward on a router AND you're running a firewall.
