nope. unless the emulator is infected by a virus... or somebody's trying to pass a virus off as an emulator for a console that came out like one year ago.
but would an honest-to-goodness emulator that just plays video games mess up your computer? nah, no more than any other PC program created by some amateur d00d. :lol:
