Posted by: Gre1

I don't know about acp but before u encode and everything is set up to encode just go into tmpgenc settings and change ratio.

Posted by: Adster

eyah but how do I get ot the TMPGEnc settings?? coz it already starts encoing

I went through that Kvcd guide psot in software world used ASP virtualdub thign came up exrtacted the audio then the DOS screen came up did its thing TMNPEnc then just automaticlly opened and started enoding without giving me the options for the settings

Posted by: Gre1

Yeah, when it's starts encoding stop it and then open it up on your own and change the settings to 16:9 then encode.

Posted by: Adster

ahh ok thanks alot

Posted by: Gre1

No prob.

Posted by: muchspl2

I use a program call movie stacker to load all my agp settings
just copy the avisynith script to the place in acp, works like a charm and you got filters to clear up your movie, thought about adding it to my guide, if you guys are in favor I'll update it tomorrow and add instructions on how to burn, that seems to be the biggest problem i left out

Posted by: Gre1

Not me. I do it all manually I don't use apc.

Posted by: Adster

my next problem is this the movie is 104 minutes school Of Rock

now the file is still 813 megs which is still to big anyway???

to fit on the disk

Posted by: Gre1

Did u make it? What quality is the audio?

Posted by: Adster

I just followed guide muchspl2

I thought it was supose to compress the fiel its still 813 meg and it wont let me burn it with nero coz its too big

Posted by: Adster

I cant friggin work this out it was that 1 step guide thign I did did it make it stil 800 meg file

oh and if I stop TMPEGenc to change the settigns it shuts down the whole encoing im totally lost

Posted by: Gre1

Yes, u are supposed to do that before it starts not when u have been encoding it for along time just try and decrease the audio if it is real high. That's why I asked u what bitrate was the audio.

Posted by: Adster

ok I think the bit rate was at 128 what should it be?

Posted by: Gre1

It can be whatever u want but the higher the audio the lower the video quality.

Posted by: Adster

well im trying to use taht besweet program to convert it too mp2 but its doing nothign but pissing me off

Posted by: Adster

and also it plays fine on the PC

Posted by: muchspl2

did you follow my guide, its idiot proof, even has a test cd to try it BEFORE you go through all the trouble and can't even play them

Posted by: Gre1

You probably encoded it at a real fast fps that's why u get the fast playback.

Posted by: Adster

did you follow my guide, its idiot proof, even has a test cd to try it BEFORE you go through all the trouble and can't even play them

I followed your another methord guide right through step by step but what I didnt get was the multiplexign i said inavil audio steam becaseu it actully had to be a MPEG file which your guide doesnt say to use it wont let me select mp2 or wav ect

adn yes that test CD worked

the template I used was the 3 hr one form the KVCD site to fit 3 hrs on 1 cd

Posted by: Gre1

I told mux with bbmpeg not tmpgenc

Posted by: muchspl2

hes done something wrong, if it doesn't mux in tmpgenc then its not gonna mux in bbmpeg

Posted by: Adster

i followed the guide the thing is it will not let you choose a wav mp2 mp3 ect on the audio mux at all it will only let you choose it if its a mpeg so the only way I could choose the ausio was to make a mpeg out of the mp2

Posted by: Gre1

Just try bbmpeg

Posted by: Gre1

Damn I thought he did that already that must not be a good guide or did he just miss it I am about to look at it.

Posted by: Adster

lol I did convert the wav to mp2 it didnt work

Posted by: muchspl2

if he followed them correctly, it would not have a problem
sounds like a typical E.O.B.C.A.K. error to me

Posted by: Gre1

Yeah I see right there it says wav to mp2, but u still didn't try bbmpeg did u if so could let me know so I can quit saying it and muchspl2 what is that (E.O.B.C.A.K.)

Posted by: muchspl2

Error Occurred Between Chair And Keyboard

Posted by: Adster

firstly change this topic to quick question to many questions

I went through the entire guide until that very last step and it says inavil audio stream. I even tryed to put a normal wav file and it said the same thing. it onyl lets you have a mpeg for the audio no mp2 wav mp3 all those files wouldnt let me!!

ok now wheere can I ge this BB Mpgeg??

Posted by: Gre1

From here BBMPEG (http://home.concepts.nl/~hzon00008/bin/bbmpg12418.zip)

Posted by: Adster

ok got it but when I add the avi file the probram crashes staght away

Posted by: Gre1

Because u don't add a .avi file. Click on start encoding then set what u are mux as (VCD, SVCD) then add your .m1v or .m2v to the VS Stream and .mp2 to the AS Stream

Posted by: Adster

ok but when i click on the box to open up the file VS the prgram just shuts down by itself

Posted by: Adster

ok its enocidng now which prvoes that BBMpeg is the go and Gre was right

Posted by: muchspl2

if you do it correctly you should be able to do it with tmpgenc, I never had a problem, but at least our getting it to work
