Sorry no, but u can use visualroute:

its a Grfical route prog so u can see the ip Locaisan on the world map
gast chose 1 of the servers around the world and enter the ip/site addres
Edit: the site will show u only u'r loc d/l the program to chack adder sites/ips ...
Edit 2: chack same of the sites let u chose cuntrys 4 u'r test to be opt

I've used www.bandwidthplace.com (http://www.bandwidthplace.com/) before, but it's located in US and I live in Slovenia/Europe, so the results were not very good.

That last one from FlamingYob took me 2 times to be accurate . I have 576kbits/sec ADSL in the UK. and the first time it said I was over 1Mbit/sec.Still, if my connection really is that fast , I ain't complainin :D!
