Hi
Does anybody know if it is possible to change the cd key after installation?
I keep getting an 'INVALID CD KEY' message when trying to play online.
I'm not asking for the actual key as I know thats not allowed on the forum.
I did try to see if this has already been asked elsewhere but to no avail.

yes you need a key changer do a search in google :)

but seriously i pirate copy as much games as possible but BF realy is a worthy enough game for me to hand over some $$$.
10 months of solid gameplay for £35 is a bargain.

the key is listed right in your registry, not even in binary, its easy to change. start, run, regedit, local machine, software, Electronic Arts, EA games, battlefield 1942, ergc. the code is shown on the right, just modify it and type in your new one. happy days. :)

I went and bought the game in the end, I got hooked enough to think it worth buying.

I only play two games at the moment , which are bf1942 and motogp2, bf1942 is definatly worth buying, might I suggest you download some mods as well, I suggest desert combat mod and eve of destruction mod, they greatly enhance the game, especially online. you can get them both from here (http://www.planetbattlefield.com/)
