haven't seen it... but cuba gooding jr's been starring in some terrible movies, these past few years. he went from movies like Boyz N The Hood, A Few Good Men and Jerry Macguire (even won an Oscar for that one)...
... to repeatedly shooting his career in the foot by appearing in completely uninspired comedies like Rat Race, Snow Dogs and Boat Trip?!?!

yeah i know but I did read he could possibly be nominated for a Oscar award for this performance

it's possible, i guess. would be nice to see him getting back on track with better films. "Fighting Temptations" doesn't look too bad either, if it isn't just a popstar showcase for Beyonce.

Pearl Harbor was pretty good. he didn't have as big a part but still did good in it.

I haven't seen this movie yet but it has to be good because u can tell from the previews that he is slow, It's going to be something like " I Am Sam" if anyone ever saw that movie.
