Change Resolution

Is there a program that will allow me to change the resolution of a movie. I've downloaded two pre converted KVCD's and they wont work on my DVD player. I've converted several myself and they have worked fine. The movies have to have a certain resolution to play on my dvd player it said on some page i was at. Anywase is there a program that will change the resolution. Thank you.

U will have to encode them the same way as a kvcd is made just with that resolution. VirtualDub won't be able to make it work. So I suggest u don't download any unless u know what the nfo is on them. At Digital Update Forums they have a kvcd section and they post all the info about them.
