How do I play this game If I need to install a CD? Im also having that same problem with BF secret weapns. Can someone help me plz.

I don't see a CD crack folder any where for this game.

Check any folders on the cd's for an ".exe" file, and overwrite the one in your main call of duty folder with that. (Make sure its called cod.exe or something like that [the main call of duty exe]).
