Is there a way to fix a movie if it is Blurry?

Open put movie in then go to filters there are 3 I think you'll see them worth a try you can preview to the right to see what it will look like when done can't think of anythink esle to use,is this one you downed cause I have never had a blur one (yet).

A blurry movie usually has not been encoded with high enough bitrate. So although filters may make it seem better in one way, you are bound to lose out in some other way, because the information to improve the picture simply isn't present.

Bit aliasing is the usual way that filters try to improve this sort of behaviour. They assume that if bit x is colour y and bit x+2 is colour y then bit x+1 will also be colour y. This may not always be the case, so you lose out when that happens.

The only real way to avoid this is to get movies with a higher bitrate.
