Site Jump Menu

Browsing around the forum would be easier and faster if the "Site Jump" menu were on the top of the page, as well as the bottom. When pages load, they start at the top. Having it near the top would be better then scrolling to the absolute BOTTOM of the page. Don't you think?

:lol: i usually have like 2 or 3 but i use the site jump alot though i dont mind scrolling to the bottom cause i usually there after reading posts or posting
