those fine people at kazaa will not care.
you can spread a virus by sharing it on kazaa. or it can spread itself is you run it.
quite afew files on the network contain viruses but most people don't know about it. :ph34r:

report it to norton or mcafee if it is a new virus.

As always,you must be vigilant when downloading any .exe or .vbs files etc. from anywhere on the net,and always check 'em thoroughly before attempting to open 'em.
There are one or two out viruses (virii ???) out there which are known to spread almost exclusively through file-sharing (KaZaA is notorious) so check your antivirus apps for regular updates,and have a look at their database occasionally.

and most the time you can not come into contact with virus's on kazaa like if you search for a mp3 and it ends in .exe or a movie thats 350kb lol
