Strange Board Error

When I was trying to add a reply to a topic in Softwareworld, I got this error. What does it mean, I've never seen it before?
The error returned was:
Sorry, you are not allowed to post a reply at this moment. Please wait until another member posts a reply or edit your old post to add more content.

Not an error - a new anti spam feature that doesn't allow you to reply to your own reply. Simply edit your old post if you forgot to say something.

is it good? I don't think so - although positive maybe that people
don't push up their topics ;) but I don't think that was a problem?

But I had never posted in that topic before. It was the topic with a poll about "What Email Client Do You Use?" I just voted in the poll, then tried to add my comment, and that's when the error appeared.

That could be a bug. I will have a look and change it to make sure that you can post after a vote.

This just happened to me to, although it wasn't a vote topic and I have never replied in the topic before.
I just posted in X2: the threat topic then was going to post in the "which games should i buy for my X-box" (something like that), but the exact same error as mentioned above came up.
