How To Burn The Cd?

I downloaded a movie and it came in two folders, one for CD1 and one for CD2. Inside them all i find are a bunch of rar files and a bunch of R35 files. :huh: What do i do with them so i can burn it onto cd?!? I thought that it would vome in bin and cue format what is this rar and r35 files? Please Help

http://www.rarlabs.com/download.htm you need to open the lowest #'ed file 000 or 001
then you will get the bin/cue
