are links to torrents prohibited under this rule:
6. Posts that contain direct download links to copyrighted software, private ftp sites, serial numbers, warez sites, and hacking sites are prohibited.
or are they allowed under this clause?:
Sig2dat quicklinks and hashes are NOT considered to be DDL, therefore allowed.

You ought to look in to it paul..maybe reform the verifieds for torrents.Cut suprnova out.Its awaste of time lately anyway.I've had a torrent running/waitin to be moderated for the last 16hrs and still waiting. :unsure:

I can't understand why torrents aren't allowed if sig2dat links are.
Also there are other boards with torrents, and they haven't been shut down.

Torrent files are different because you can compare them with the first part of a rar archive. Allowing this is like posting htt*://somelink.to/somewarez.rar cause they are the first step to download a file.

At Phoenix Torrents (http://www.phoenix-torrents.com/index.php) you dont have to be moderated , just make the torrent upload it. ;)
