just in case they want to shut this site down and be forced to hand over a list of ip of the forum members?

Access logs are disabled because this is a high traffic board.
This forum is not illegal at all and not connected to the KL development at all. VB started this board to offer a place to talk about KL and other things.
There is no reason why somebody should ask for any logs since this is just a community and not a warez board.
