I have a hi fi, and I want to connect my computer to it so I can play music off my pc coming out of my Hi Fi speakers. Does anyone know what cable/ port in my hi fi I would need for me to be able to get this to work?

just a 3.5mm jack to a phono should do the trick.
most electrical retailers sell them for about £5 for a cheap one or up to about £30 for a high quality one.
ebuyer (http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=45817) has a few for less then £5
