Hello, I wish to know the name of a piece of music.
I heard it sampled on a song (Evanescence, not for your ears)
Its a very famous piece of music I think. And I wish to download the entire thing.
I recorded it so you know what I mean ;)

A KL audio search for carl orff - carmina burana will give you many choices and variations of Orff's Carmina Burana. You might also like the Techno Remix version (5936Kb).
A cut called "ALLEGRETTO" from Bond's instrumental CD "Shine" has a similar sound you might like also.

Carmina Burana is more of his entire works... so this doens't help. His most popular one from this was 'O Fortuna'. I don't believe this is the one you're searching for though.

if you stick "carl orff - carmina burana" into a kazaa search and then download the file with the highest number of sources, you should get the right track... :)
