Converting Xvid Movies?

Everytime I try to convert an XVID movie with TMPGEnc I get an error, but it works fine with DIVX movies. Most of the movies out there are XVID so can someone tell whats the problem?

ajust your settings, don't worry about the ones you don't have also you should remove all bad frames BEFORE you ever consider encoding, here a free app that easy

right click higher/lower priority
