i use windows me and my sister keeps on changing my background pisture so i wanted someone to tell me how can i make a new user so i could log onto the computer and put my own background and she could do the same but we would log in with diffrent user names

lol. start>settings>control panel
in cp: click on users or user accounts
and follow the instructions

u can keep ur own:
1. my documents
2. start menu
3. desktop
4. settings
5. other stuff

how come when i change the background on one username how come it changes it in the other username
