then u cant possibly get the speeds in your pic.. its a fluke of some sort. For about an hour emule said I was uploading at 100KB/s when I know the highest I can get is 15KB/s on my 128kb/s upload.

There is no way you have a 36kB/s upload connection yet your uploading at 398kB/s.
Ither you dont know your connection speed, or you got that pic from somewere else and just BS how its ur speed.

Then again, I have tweaked my connection heavily in the past and I have my confidence that my connection is "un-capped". But I'm not kiddin', I didn't make a fake, it was real; plus it was sustained for quite a while. :P
~ EDIT ~ I have previously pulled-off ~500KB/s HTTP downloads in IE for approximately 2 seconds. :w00t:

My internet connection can go up to 2.5 mb/s but I've never gotten more than 1,800 kb/s.
