Im new 2 this forum and this may sound laugh abount funny to u pro users but how the hell can I get a picture off my pc for my avatar? ;)

You need an image host.

If your having trouble after setting up and uploading your avatar still, then I or some other member can host it for you. It's no biggie :D and Welcome!
