That topic has links to all the verified Klite hashes and also if you dig a bit there are recommendations on where to get anime, but if you don't want to go digging then I think the main ones mentioned are:
Bittorrent (for good torrent sites, check out the pinned notice in the bittorrent world). I think all the new stuff usually comes out on Bittorrent, and whole older series are seeded from time to time
DC++ check out that world for more info on finding anime, definitely worth checking out.
Klite is ok as well
