Need Advise ; 100% Upload On Dc

Listen, I don't mind sharing..., but not being able to throttle you're upload....
Come on. Just once in a while I can only get what I need on DC, but the 100% upload completely destroys my download capabilities.
When such a badly needed file finally completes, I've actually uploaded 10 times as much !
Tell me, am I doing something wrong ?

You can try the "Use small send buffer" under File -> Settings -> Advanced.
If that doesn't help you can try and use NetLimiter (http://www.netlimiter.com/)
or find a client that has a inbuilt upload limiter List of DC clients and their features (http://www.dslreports.com/faq/6513)

Man, I got really frustrated with DC because of this...
Never knew about DC-clients with wich you can throttle your upload.
Maybe I should switch clients... any recommendations ?

Just be careful and don't limit it too much.
Some hub-ops are bastards and will throw you out if they suspect too much limiting.
I can't advise you on other programs as I have only used NMDC and DC++.

Hubs that DO allow porn are worried that it might be child-porn, which is of course a big no-no.
Anyways I don't bother with it.
