Downloading Tv Special

okay. so i got home today, and "Nirvana", a special, was on the Trio channel. I checked the tv guide stuff to see the next time it'd be on, but i didn't see anything. What could i use to download the special? i don't think it'll show again... but.. ya never know.
What program should I use? Howw.. will even be able to find it? :unsure: Thanks
