.dmg File Extension

I just downloaded disc 1 of 2 for neverwinter nights original to realize the extension is .dmg, I found a ite that says its a "Macintosh OS X Disk Copy Disk Image File " which makes me think its a mac version of the game.
Is it or can I open it and use it on my PC?? How?

Change the dmg extension to iso, and burn it like a regular ISO. It's the exact same thing and it'll work exactly the same.
