Ok, You have a Logitech mouse right?
Well whats the tip your asking right?
Ok, ever try to use your mouse wheel on a website, or in a game like half life,
it "lags" on websites, and it doesnt work in game.
If you are having those problems, this tip is FOR U
First we are gonna goto Control Panel Next we double click MOUSE, next to the BUTTONS tab, Look at the area where it says SCROLLER
Checkmark BOTH of the buttons
Use MS Office Compatible Scroll Only
and
Scroll in Active Window Only
Next up, the SCROLLING SIZE, put that to 1 line
