Try using Alcohol 120% (http://www.alcohol-software.com/) to burn or mount, or if you just want to watch the movie open the bin with VideoLAN Player (http://www.videolan.org/), I have had a few problems with nero giving me the error message.
Good Luck

are you burning it as data or as a image
if you are doing it corectly and burning it as a image, then you might have to turn overburn
but it will fit

is that nero express or nero burning rom? there is a difference! also, not sure what these guys use, but i use isobuster in order to recognize bin files and notepad to recognize the cue files. the cue files will tell u how to burn what ur trying to burn. ;)

most of my kvcd's are 800 to 840 MB on a normal cdr :)
your burner must not support over burn, but have you tried ALCOHOL 120%

man, i bet your kvcd movies show good, but no i havent tried ALCOHOL 120%, is it easy to use like nero? and will this solve my problem?
btw How much minutes i need to put on nero proporties to overburn the cd-r.Look at the my first post in this thread to try to figure it out
Posted by: muchspl2
I think I put it on ten minuets or so, I could never burn that much, but if I ever download a big kvcd I can burn it

using nero express is why. don't use it. use nero burning rom!
1. open up nero burning rom
2. cancel nero wizard (if it comes up)
3. click on file
4. select burn image
5. select the iso file
6. under "settings" in "block size" select 2352
7. select OK
8. BURN!
block size may differ depending on what ur cue file says.

An alternative: -
Use VCDgear to convert the bin/cue files to mpg.
Use TMPG to split the mpg into two parts.
Use VCDgear to convert the two mpgs to bins & cues.
Use Nero to burn to two CDs.
Two CDs are a nuisance but you won't lose any quality.
As I said, it's an alternative.
