Sopranos Episode Problem W Sharing

I saw the new season premier last night on hbo. I wanted to get a copy of it to show friends when they visit my house, but evn though it appears that everyone is sharing it( and with high bandwidth) i have not been able to get a single bit of the file. I have tried over 40 time with various people, but it wont start a download with any of them..Any thoghts? Very strange!

I got the episode within 1 hr after it was on TV in teh US off Supranova
what program you using???
its great that P2p is around us Aussies don't have to wait 1 year for it :D
