what is the best program to use i tried vituraldub and avi splitter but both didn't work do you know any others
here is the name of the file i have incite-american.wedding.xvid but when i was extracting it it said it was avi please help out thanks

Goto http://www.dvdrhelp.com/ (it seems to be down for the moment) but there is a step by step guide using different programs to cut/join avi, mpeg, etc.

why do you need to cut it
should fit on a cd and if your talking about encodeing it first then you should cut it after you encode it

the file is 715mb and its running time is 1hour 20mins how can that fit on a cd-r
