Erm, whats your brother got to do with this?
Since I don't know the inner workings of the all seeing eye I'm not sure.
I reckon it wouldn't have a server, since its a 3rd party program, the games which servers it searchs for wouldn't have a thing built in to connect to that server, right?
I'm confusing myself, but I'll make an educated guess and say no its not down.

No. One of the scanners went down. You can choose another scanner by opening up ASE and selecting Eye Servers on top left window. Refresh list. Sorted.

Now I understand. The ASE people have servers which scan for game servers.

I'm using eDome if that helps. You'll need to right click it and set it to 'default' ;)
