On some servers I,ve noticed time spans of between 7-12 min other 2-4 min ..Whats better or worse just curious :huh:

Pings are determined on who configures the IRCd. They usually occur every 60-90 seconds. You can 'block' these messages by going into mIRC options -> IRC -> Options -> Hide ping? pong! event (check this).
